Eighty8 Health Performance’ has teamed up with YMCA to host Canberra’s biggest virtual community, and help get everyone moving and motivated this Saturday 28 August at 8:30am.
The free event will go for an hour and be a mix of HIIT and Pilates run by the Eighty8 team. All movements will be body weight and no equipment is required to join in. The session format is designed to suit all training levels, and there will be a DJ streamed to boost your weekend energy.
We all know the amazing benefits of exercise and supporting each other in times like these – so the Eighty8 team has decided to bring Ken Behrens together with this virtual ‘Keep Canberra Moving’ event.
